RETURNS AND SHIPPING

  NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ALLOWED ON SPECIAL RELEASES Shipping and handling is not refundable and  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE including any discount/promo codes and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. Returns or Exchanges Free returns within 14 days of delivery. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Cellar Door will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. If you are an extra-UE customer please mark as ‘Returned Items’ on both your parcels and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes, any extra fee will be deducted from your refund. All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time. All packages are fully insured for your security.

No credit card details will be registered.  We do not charge you any fee when you choose this option. If you have more questions about the payment please contact your card provider. Cancellations and changes If you’d like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don’t pack and ship the order.
Always type ‘CANCELLATION’ or ‘ORDER CHANGE’ along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.
If an order is cancelled after it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 EURO. International Customers Buyers must pay all applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. Multiple item order
We reserve our rights to cancel any orders that are done in multiple quantities on the same item, especially on limited items.
